Processing Time

We try to get your Sabr Henna favorites to you faster. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.95

• Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $21. 
  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations worldwide. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, with estimated shipping times of 7–21 business days. Customs delays may occur.

International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We do have free shipping options for international orders. 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Sabr Henna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the carrier’s possession. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk and wholesale henna orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the items are confirmed defective upon review.
