Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional 24–48 hours.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard domestic shipping on all orders.
- Free shipping on U.S orders over $24
- Minimum spend must be met after discounts
- Automatically applied to check out and not combinable with other offers
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the carrier.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Jordan.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Canada: 3–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–14 business days
- Jordan: 10–25 business days. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $48.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination selected.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges that may be imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Sabr Henna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is in the carrier’s possession.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.
