Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Mexico, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Canada: 3–9 business days

United Kingdom: 4–14 business days

Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Finland, Greece, and Greenland: 7–25 business days

Germany and Mexico: 7–28 business days

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Sabr Henna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the carrier’s possession.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.
